CNOOC Limited is China's largest offshore oil and gas producer and the listed flagship of the state-owned China National Offshore Oil Corporation. Operations are concentrated in the Bohai Sea and the South China Sea, with growing overseas upstream interests. The company was delisted from the NYSE in October 2021 following U.S. sanctions and remains primarily listed on HKEX.
